I moved to CA in 2002 and started a small company. As my business grew I continued to educate myself on the emerging opportunities in the online marketplace. At each step I realized how cumbersome administrative processes and bookkeeping work are, much of the regulatory processes and fiduciary responsibilities for financial reporting and tax payment are woefully outdated. This started a long process to build an Open Future, This motto is Transparency is Accountability, Open API and Open reporting standards for universal accountability and automation across supply chain. It has become part of my life's work.
